Our training provision is based around our interactive case by case approach. We provide training programmes in the areas of;

  • Skills and culture change workshops to address conflict, bullying and harassment.

While we have basic programmes and core modules in each of these areas, we find that it is most effective for our clients if we collaboratively design our training programmes around their specific needs.

Our interactive approach to training enables participants to get a firm grasp of the composite skills and key principles which then build capacity in other areas such as addressing complaints and dealing with difficult situations.

Our experience of providing training and education includes training courses for corporate bodies and government agencies, in-house and organisational programmes, training courses for the general public and lecturing at university level.
